Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and protection of data by Valeriy Kuvshinov, doing business as Kuvshinov Software ("Company", "We", or "Us"), across our digital platform (kuvware.com) and associated applications, including the "Did Not Get It" browser extension (collectively, "the Services").

1. Direct Communication & Contact Form

When you voluntarily submit a query via the platform's official Contact Form, we collect your provided name, email address, and the contents of your message. This constitutes Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

This data is collected for the sole, explicit purpose of customer service, technical support, and responding to your inquiry. The data is transmitted securely to our administrative inbox. We explicitly guarantee that your communication data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third-party marketing entities. Correspondence is retained for operational continuity unless you formally request its deletion.

2. Telemetry, Analytics, and Cookies

To maintain operational stability and optimize the user experience, the website utilizes third-party analytics infrastructure, specifically Google Analytics. Subject to explicit consent granted via the platform's Cookie Banner, these services deploy standard tracking technologies ("Cookies") to aggregate non-identifiable usage metrics.

Aggregated data sets may include masked IP addresses, browser specifications, and structural navigation patterns. This data cannot be reverse-engineered to personally identify you. You retain the right to revoke consent unilaterally at any time by declining via the Cookie Banner or purging local browser storage and cookie caches pertaining to this domain.

3. Security and Bot Protection

To protect the platform's infrastructure and communication forms from spam and automated abuse, we utilize Cloudflare Turnstile. This security service operates in the background to analyze network traffic patterns and authenticate human interactions without deploying invasive tracking cookies. Your interaction with our forms is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

4. Remote Digital Assistance & Consulting Services

During the provision of Remote Digital Assistance—such as guided form completion, navigational support, or CAPTCHA bypassing—we may transiently encounter highly sensitive personal, medical, or financial information (including credit card details or credentials).

We enforce a strict zero-retention policy for all live-session data. We do not record, log, store, cache, or transmit any sensitive user data encountered during these sessions. All assistance is provided ephemerally, and no persistent record of your private credentials or financial information is ever created or maintained by the Company.

5. "Did Not Get It" Extension: Data Minimization

The "Did Not Get It" browser extension operates entirely locally within your browser. Our core principle is absolute data minimization: your data belongs to you, stays on your device, and is never transmitted to our servers.

  • No Telemetry or Tracking: We do not track your browsing behavior, clicks, or extension usage.
  • No Server Transmissions: We do not own, operate, or route your data through any external backend servers.
  • No Email Harvesting: Your email content, sender addresses, and metadata are never copied, logged, or sent to the developer or any third party.

6. Extension: Google API Data Access (Limited Use)

In order to function, the Extension requests access to your Gmail account using the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol. We access and use this data in the following strictly limited ways:

  • Reading Data: The Extension reads the HTML text of incoming unread emails locally in your browser to check for standard job rejection phrasing.
  • Modifying Data: If a rejection is detected, the Extension communicates directly with the Google Gmail API to apply your custom label and remove the "UNREAD" status from that specific thread.

"Did Not Get It" complies entirely with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your data to serve advertisements, we do not allow humans to read your data, and we do not sell or transfer your data.

7. External Routing and Liability

The Services may contain routing nodes and hyperlinks directing traffic to external digital ecosystems. Upon executing a redirection to an external domain, you are immediately subject to the privacy architecture of that third party. We exercise no administrative control over external properties and explicitly disclaim all liability for their data handling practices.

8. Data Inquiry and Contact Details

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, your data, or the security of our Services, please submit a formal query via our official communication channel here.

This policy is legally effective as of October 3, 2026.
