Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital properties, consulting services, software products, and browser extensions (collectively, the "Services") provided by Valeriy Kuvshinov, doing business as Kuvshinov Software ("Company", "We", or "Us").
1. Consulting & Remote Digital Assistance
The Company provides custom software engineering, accessibility remediation, and remote digital assistance. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that all architectural and codebase modifications are executed based on the requirements agreed upon prior to commencement.
Remote Assistance Disclaimer: When utilizing our Remote Digital Assistance services (e.g., CAPTCHA bypassing, guided navigation), you retain ultimate responsibility for your digital actions. The Company acts strictly as a navigational aid. We bear no liability for the outcome of forms submitted, financial transactions executed, or agreements bound during a guided session.
2. Financial Terms and Payments
All financial agreements, hourly rates, and project milestones will be explicitly defined in written communication prior to the commencement of work.
- Accepted Methods: We accept payments strictly via direct Bank Wire Transfer or the Israeli Bit payment application. We do not process credit cards directly.
- Settlement: Invoices are due upon receipt unless a net-payment schedule has been formally established. The Company reserves the right to suspend ongoing development or withhold deployment access until outstanding balances are cleared.
3. Browser Extensions ("Did Not Get It")
The Company distributes the "Did Not Get It" browser extension via the Google Chrome Web Store and Mozilla Firefox Add-ons repository. This software is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
While the extension utilizes the Google Gmail API to categorize rejection emails, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy in algorithmic text detection. The Company is not liable for missed employment opportunities, mislabeled correspondence, or workflow disruptions resulting from API changes instituted by Google, Chrome, or Mozilla. You grant the extension local execution permissions at your own risk.
4. Open Source Software & Offline Programs
Certain software solutions developed by the Company, including the CModem-Terminal (a C-based terminal for controlling GSM/GPRS modems), are distributed as standalone, offline open-source programs.
Your use, modification, and distribution of these specific repositories are governed exclusively by the open-source license files (e.g., MIT License) included within those respective codebases. The Company provides these programs "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We assume no liability for hardware damage, telecommunication charges, or data loss resulting from the execution of AT commands or serial interface interactions.
5. Post-Launch Support and Maintenance
For clients engaging in custom web development and system architecture, the Company includes a comprehensive 12-month support period beginning on the date of production launch. During this first year, structural updates, security patches, and minor architectural modifications are provided free of charge.
Upon the expiration of the initial 12-month period, ongoing support transitions to a paid framework:
- Security Retainer: Essential security updates, dependency patches, and uptime monitoring are available via an ongoing monthly or annual retainer.
- Feature Upgrades: Any updates, aesthetic redesigns, structural additions, or feature developments that fall outside the scope of strict security maintenance will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate or as a fixed-price project contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Israeli and international law, Kuvshinov Software, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital infrastructure, resulting from (a) your access to or use of our Services, (b) any conduct or content of any third party encountered through our Services, or (c) unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions.
7. Inquiries and Contact Details
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms of Service or the scope of our consulting agreements, please submit a formal query via our official communication channel here.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.
These terms are legally effective as of October 10, 2026.
